From Oct. 26 – 28, the Meteorological Society of Japan Fall Meeting was held at Nagoya University. Two professors and four students of this laboratory participated this meeting. I’m interested in the session about “cloud-precipitation process”. In this session, some researchers gave presentations about cloud and precipitations by using satellite data or numerical simulation. Convener of this session suggested that researchers of cloud or precipitation should collaborate to understand the process of cloud-precipitation more clearly.  (Takahashi)
